OMNIBUS IV

F3EA serves as a subcontractor under the University of Pittsburgh for OMNIBUS IV. Our services span across various program areas, including medical simulation technologies, infectious diseases, military health, performance, and recovery, joint battlefield healthcare, radiation health effects, clinical and rehabilitative medicine, chemical and biological readiness, clinical investigations, graduate health science education, genomics and omics-based research, and emerging science and technology. Our mission involves research and development contracting, including medical simulation systems, vaccines, biology, prophylaxis/treatment drugs, diagnostics/prognostics, vector control, medical C4ISR, global and emerging disease countermeasures, and field surveys. We also cover injury prevention and reduction, psychological health and resilience, post-traumatic stress disorder, physiological health, physical and cognitive performance, human physiologic and cognitive factors associated with various military operations, aviation safety, and more. Our support extends to damage control resuscitation, traumatic neurotrauma, combat trauma therapies, health monitoring and diagnostic technology, in-route care, forward surgical and intensive critical care, traumatic tissue injury, combat dentistry, and more. Furthermore, our services encompass medical chemical research, biological research, clinical discovery, science development, technology applications, infrastructure, and program and policy activities. We also focus on genomics and omics-based research, including clinical discovery, science, development, technologies, applications, translation, and data integration. Finally, we keep a close eye on emerging science and technology areas with the potential for military medical applications of interest to the Department of Defense (DoD) and the Military Health System (MHS).

F3EA supports Huntington Ingalls Industries (HII) on the Joint Network of Engineering and Emerging Operations (J-NEEO) (OASIS Task Order). F3EA is committed to advancing capabilities in microelectronics and integrating emerging technologies into intelligence and Command and Control (C2) systems. Our expertise covers Machine Learning (ML), Artificial Intelligence (AI), Deep Learning (DL), as well as sensor and image/signal processing technologies. F3EA supports the mission to enhance operational support capabilities by integrating, testing, evaluating, and providing training support for emerging technologies. We focus on Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) systems and their associated cybersecurity, communications, and information assurance aspects. We support the mission partners that include DoD Combatant Commands, U.S. Armed Forces service branches, interagency partners such as the Director of National Intelligence (DNI), Department of State (DoS), and Department of Homeland Security (DHS), as well as various DoD offices and agencies.

Supporting the Integrated Training Environment under SOFRAPTOR, F3EA provides unique capabilities that enable full spectrum operations and training at home stations. Our services encompass consulting, planning, teaching, coordinating, evaluation, assessment, and logistics support, including materials, facilities, and training support. We offer full-scale support for SOF training, from scripting and concept development to after-action reviews, covering all training and education tasks. Our training products encompass software, training aids, and SOF training material solutions. We provide critical materiel support to meet all SOF training requirements, including custom engineering and design support for SOF unique training devices.

F3EA's instructors possess the requisite qualifications, expertise, and skill to deliver a range of courses, including Visit, Board, Search, and Seizure Boarding Officer (VBSS BO), Small Arms Marksmanship Instructor (SAMI), Antiterrorism Training Supervisor (AT TRASUP), Security Reaction Force (Advanced) (SRF-A), Armed Sentry/Security Reaction Force (Basic) (AS/SRF-B), Submarine Force Sentry (SUBFOR Sentry), Non-Compliant Boarding Visit, Board, Search, and Seizure (NCB VBSS), Master at Arms Class “A” School (MAA), Submarine Force Crew Served Weapons Instructor (SUBFOR CSWI), Crew Served Weapons Operations and Maintenance (CSW O&M), Crew Served Weapons Instructor (CSWI), Non-Lethal Weapons Basic Instructor (NLW-BI), and Non-Lethal Weapons Senior Instructor (NLW-SI).

F3EA provides support to the Marine Corps Underwater Egress Trainer (UET) systems, our scope includes systems operations, training and instruction, maintenance, corrosion prevention and control, inventory management and control, warranty and configuration management. F3EA ensures safe and effective training in safely egressing from submerged, rolled-over, or sinking aircraft or waterborne vehicles using systems such as the Shallow Water Egress Trainer (SWET), Modular Amphibious Egress Trainer (MAET), and the Submerged Vehicle Egress Trainer (SVET).

F3EA provides Air Traffic Control (ATC) Technical Training Instructors to support Special Warfare (SW) Air Traffic Control (ATC) technical training at Special Warfare Training Wing's 352 Special Warfare Training Squadron (SWTS) Pope, Army Airfield North Carolina. F3EA's services encompass classroom-related activities, practical labs, Air Traffic Control simulator operations, including scenario development, software programming, software and hardware maintenance, and creation of lessons representative of realistic operational situations. We also actively support course curriculum development, modification, and revision efforts, ensuring alignment with Air Education and Training Command (AETC) instructions.

351 SPECIAL WARFARE TRAINING SQUADRON

F3EA supports Huntington Ingalls Industries (HII) on the Joint Network of Engineering and Emerging Operations (J-NEEO) program by providing comprehensive Education, Training, and Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTP) services. F3EA's aim is to bolster the 351st Special Warfare Training Squadron’s (SWTS) training mission. Our team of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) plays a critical role in preparing personnel to support Special Operations Forces (SOF) operational, collection, and special training missions. This includes support for C4ISR collection and remote sensing missions worldwide. Additionally, F3EA offers parachute packing services in support of advanced and proficiency parachutist operations. Our services extend to providing Tactical Mobile User Objective System (MUOS) Communications expertise, Android Tactical Assault Kit (ATAK) Maintainers, and Tactical Vehicle Maintainers. These professionals perform daily, weekly, and forecasted maintenance and management of multiple radio and communications systems, associated programs, and motor vehicle maintenance and repair work. We excel in maintaining and repairing combustion-powered light to heavy wheeled vehicles and related equipment.

F3EA supports Amentum on the 28th Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) Airborne (A) program. F3EA specializes in providing comprehensive training support for Direct Action EOD. This includes logistical inputs, coordination, and operational execution throughout the program. Our Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) facilitate end-of-course After-Action Reviews (AARs). Our overall effort focuses on delivering Education and Training Services to ensure continuous training, assessment, and selection courses are aligned with the highest standards. Our SMEs also play a crucial role in supporting advanced training courses for Direct Action EOD Technicians, which includes training related to homemade explosives (HME).

F3EA supports the Air Center Helicopters (ACHI) by providing comprehensive training services to the 68th Rescue Squadron (68 RQS) Guardian Angel Formal Training Unit (FTU). NAVAL SPECIAL WARFARE COMMAND (NSWC) NEXT PROGRAM (NEXT-P)

F3EA provides direct support to PRIME companies with Subject Matter Expert (SME) personnel, management, materials, equipment, services, and facilities. F3EA's objective is to enable NSWC and participating Special Operations Forces (SOF) to execute joint maritime certification and validation mission readiness exercises. These exercises are strategically designed to address high-interest training issues for SOF, promote general-purpose force interoperability and interdependence, and occur simultaneously at various geographically dispersed CONUS training sites, including maritime locations. Our support encompasses planning, designing, coordinating, synchronizing, and executing collective training and exercises across the NSW Enterprise. This is to aid Theater Special Operations Commands (TSOC), SOF Battle Staffs, Special Operations Joint Task Forces, and Joint Special Operations Task Forces in achieving their objectives.
