Elite Training Support delivers specialized training solutions within the Special Operations and Intelligence communities, helping personnel develop the skills to excel in their roles and contribute to mission success.
Exercise
F3EA’s Training Directorate designs, sources, and executes small to large scale exercises that immerse a training element in deeply backstopped scenarios that challenge the unit in its entirety from the ground operator to the theater command.
Joint Exercise Life Cycle
F3EA’s utilizes the Joint Exercise Life Cycle (JELC) to plan and execute training exercises. This allows for a cradle to grave plan of action from the IPC to submission of the AAR, providing commanders oversight on key planning milestones and ensuring all training objectives are achieved.
Role Player Support
F3EA’s Field Management Office (FMO) maintains a data base with over 1,200 uniquely qualified individuals to support F3EA training and operational requirements. With backgrounds from infantry, to Special Operations, to Department of State, F3EA selects the right individual, with the experience, qualifications, and security clearance required to fill roles specific to a unit’s needs.
